| The Sunday Players are
members of Pine Castle United Methodist Church who gives of their time
to minister to fellow members and the community through drama. We perform
as part of the Sunday morning services (hence the name - in case you haven't
figured that out by now), usually as part of the pastor's sermon. We generally
present a skit at least once a month - sometimes more often - at the request
of the worship team. Occasionally we will perform at other ministry functions
when schedules permit. Our scripts are either written by one of the Players
or we use various public domain scripts available through Christian publishing
houses or other churches. |

The vision of Pine Castle United Methodist
Church is "Win - Build - Send": Drama is a powerful tool
that can be used to win non-believers for Christ in a non-threatening
way. Build - Currently our sermon enhancing drama is building a strong
biblical foundation for our congregation. Send - The Sunday Players
plays a vital part in ministering to members of our congregation
so that as we send them out into our community they may share the
gospel with others.
To achieve these goals we need more members! The more people we have involved,
the more the ministry can contribute to the worship services. We need script
writers, actors, costume and set construction people. To learn more about
The Sunday Players, visit their website.
You will find bios on the Players, information about joining, scripts,
videos, and more! You may also contact Michelle
